Job description

Working within the mechanical handling sector, candidates suited to this role will need to have worked in a similar industry previously.

You will be responsible for the service department, scheduling and the allocation of work to engineers, liaising with customers to ensure service level agreements are met.

You will be required to monitor costs / revenue within the department, being commercially aware, ensuring continuity of existing business and also to be able to drive growth of new service, repair and maintenance business.

Candidates need to have previous managerial experience and ideally have a previous service engineer background. Candidates must hold a UK driving licence and be able to lead and motivate your team.
