You will be responsible for liaising with all organisational levels across Scottish Power Businesses. ***What you’ll bring**** Proven success in IT service management, including IT service delivery, IT operations, and service improvement.* Proven experience in CMDB Modelling & Configuration Management.* Strong understanding of IT control procedures, particularly those governing change, incident, request, asset, and configuration management.* Experience in defining service metrics & KPIs.* Experience in Continuous Service Improvement.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all organisational levels.* Knowledge of project governance processes.* Strong experience in team leadership, with the ability to supervise internal analysts.
