Service Advisor (Lothian DAF Bathgate) Job

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our DAF Service Truck Dealership based in Bathgate.

You will be manning the Service Reception desk and duties will include:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and efficient manner both in person and by telephone
• Assessing customers’ needs and booking in of trucks for repair or service work
• Preparation of job cards
• Communication of work to Workshop Controller
• Communicating with the customer at all stages of the repair for authorisation if needed
• Maintaining company databases
