A family-owned motor dealer group in Lancashire is seeking a Service Advisor to enhance client experiences. Responsibilities include handling paperwork, maintaining communication with customers, and processing payments. Ideal candidates will have experience in the motor industry or a similar role, although this is not essential. The position offers uncapped commission potential, excellent training, and a supportive team environment.
Chorley Group are a family owned motor dealer group, and following significant expansion at our flagship Blackpool location, we have an opportunity in the aftersales team, as a service advisor.
For the Service Advisor role, we’re looking for someone with a customer service background, keen to deliver excellent client experiences in the showroom. Whilst having worked in a similar role in a motor dealership will be advantageous, it isn't essential.
The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, ensuring excellent communication is maintained at all time and that customers get an excellent experience using our Chorley Group service departments, as well as the branch as a whole.
