In Phase International Ltd, an automotive tech company, is seeking a senior, ambitious, and driven individual to lead their digital ecommerce trading platforms. This includes Amazon SC, Amazon VC, and eBay, with the goal of bringing in serious and rapid growth across all ecommerce platforms and sites. The Head of Ecommerce Trading will be a full-time position.

The role involves ownership of the SEO performance of our platforms, working to deliver a clear and agreed strategy/roadmap.

Key responsibilities include proactively keeping up to date with the latest SEO trends; internal and external speaking opportunities are encouraged.

Collaborating and sharing initiatives, best practices, and results with the wider team.

Building successful relationships within a broader client team, including marketing, in-house developers, content writers, and social media teams.

Performing technical audits, keyword research, content recommendations, reporting, and forecasting.

A keen eye for organic search optimization to help us achieve those sneaky wins.

Key Skills/Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an SEO Manager.
  • Intermediate understanding of digital marketing software such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Search Metrics, SEMrush, MOZ, and Search Console.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in on-site and off-site optimization efforts.
  • Experience leading project teams, working independently, and collaborating with external teams.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
  • A desire to work hard and make a difference in a rapidly growing, exciting business.
  • An analytical mindset with attention to detail to spot opportunities.
