Reporting to the Group Ecommerce & Digital Director, you will work with marketing, content, and technical teams to enhance visibility and traffic. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.

As our SEO Manager you will join our growing digital team. Reporting to the Group Ecommerce & Digital Director, this is a pivotal in-house role with full ownership of our organic search strategy across a multi‑site, consumer‑focused, and increasingly international business.

You will define and deliver a clear SEO roadmap aligned to the company’s wider digital transformation goals, working closely with internal teams across marketing, content, UX, product, and technology to embed SEO best practice and drive measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, and traffic
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and full SEO audits
  • Optimise on‑page content and oversee technical SEO improvements
  • Lead link‑building and off‑page SEO initiatives
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Stay up;complex latest search‑engine algorithm updates and industry trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to embed SEO best practice
  • Manage SEO tools, budgets, and delivery timelines
To be successful, you’ll have:
Essential:
  • Proven experience (3–6+ years) in SEO or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tampers (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar)
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify)
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Desirable:
  • Experience managing SEO agencies or teams
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective
  • Experience with local, eCommerce, or international SEO
