A global HCM solutions provider in the United Kingdom is looking for an HCM Services Consultant to guide customers through the implementation of Dayforce. The role involves customer requirement gathering, solution design, and providing ongoing support post-implementation. As the HCM Services Consultant, you will help our customers succeed with Dayforce in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (planning, discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, post go‑live support). You will lead one or more activities, under the direction of the Project Manager. Project responsibilities include facilitation of customer requirements gathering, design and configuration of the Dayforce solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to junior consultants, proactively identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager.

You will provide best‑in‑class guidance to maximise the value of their Dayforce investment. Dayforce includes Core HR (Forms & Workflows, Data, HR Processes & Analytics), Workforce Management (Scheduling, Time & Attendance), Native & Global Payroll, Talent Intelligence, and Benefits Intelligence, among others.
