Qualifications

• At least 10 years of operational/engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of UKCS regulatory frameworks and Safety Case requirements.
• Competence in managing Major Accident Hazards (MAH) and ensuring ALARP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and execute the Wells Technical Assurance process.
• Champion competency development within the Wells team through mentoring and training.
