Responsibilities

• Work with broader technical marketing engineers to ensure maximum performance and reliability of deployments.
• Consult influence engineering teams on new features and software architecture.
• Develop whitepapers, solution briefs, blogs, presentations, and demo videos.
• Conduct periodic training/workshops, debugging, and troubleshoot service bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Support for alignment.
• Provide advanced escalation support for product launch activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist with technical RFPs.
• Influence product roadmap and development priorities.

Skills

Experience building and operating production and test environments

Familiarity with distributed systems design patterns using Docker and Kubernetes

Expertise in creating content like videos, presentations, blogs, and technical documents

Strong communication skills

Ability to build relationships cross-functionally

Education

Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline

Minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably 5 to 6 years in enterprise software and IT infrastructure or technical marketing
