Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award‑winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest‑growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.

What are your contributions to the team?
  • Design, deliver, and maintain technical training programs, including scheduling, materials, and evaluations.
  • Develop curriculum, training content, and multimedia teaching aids for technical and compliance training (e.g., EWIS, FTS, HF).
  • Manage training records, certification tracking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Use and enhance LMS systems and e‑learning solutions.
  • Coordinate external stakeholders for course bookings and materials.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver inductions, coaching sessions, and technical expertise to support operational excellence.
  • Oversee apprenticeship programs: design, delivery, compliance (ESFA, Ofsted), and quality assurance.
  • Monitor learner progress, manage apprenticeship levy funds, and produce performance reports.
  • Build strong employer and provider relationships to maximize workforce development opportunities.
  • Lead and support training teams, ensuring high standards and learner success.
How to thrive in this role?
  • You have a degree in a related subject and/or equivalent industry experience and/or qualification.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in aviation maintenance (Preferably Part 145 environment).
  • You have experience and relevant qualification in the field of learning, adult education, project management, coaching.

  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to plan, prioritize, and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting.
  • Skills necessary to create, deliver, and evaluate curriculum and materials.
  • Computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, SharePoint, presentation, training, email, and web‑based applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
