Responsibilities

• Managing, developing and supporting a team of Junior Team Leaders (JTLs).
• Assist with managing and motivating the workforce against set KPIs.
• Promote & lead a high level of Health & Safety expectations across the workforce.
• Communicate key information on business updates and changes.
• Produce accurate and timely reports, both internally and to the client.
• Deliver against client's requests for working hours.

Skills

Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment

Strong knowledge of performance management and KPI delivery

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of Health & Safety regulations and practices

Highly organised with strong planning and resource allocation skills

Data-driven with strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
