An innovative technology company is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to support their global recruitment efforts, particularly for their Warsaw office. In this role, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting and work closely with hiring managers to attract top talent across various functions. Applicants should have over 5 years of experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with recruiting tools like LinkedIn and ATS solutions. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.

As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting Fresha’s ambitious global growth, focusing on scaling our team in Warsaw. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent you will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top‑tier talent across engineering, finance and sales functions. This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract, with potential for extension and consideration for either B2B or employment contract.
