Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving technical support issues for server hardware and software.
• Maintain and troubleshoot physical and virtual server infrastructure.
• Administer Azure VM environment and ensure uptime.

Skills

Working knowledge of LAN and WAN topologies

Microsoft server expertise

Knowledge of Windows and Linux OS

Configuring and maintaining VMware

Experience with Microsoft DHCP and DNS services

Knowledge of IT security

Communication skills

Education
