£14.50 per hour. Annual salary £30,160 plus £3,000 sleep‑in bonus (average); rising to £31,140 after 18 months. £2,000 welcome bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Work alongside a team to deliver person‑centred care and support to children and young people in residential care.
  • Contribute to a united goal of promoting positive outcomes for all in care.
  • Support training, induction and ongoing professional development for staff and learners.
  • Assist with safeguarding responsibilities, including DBS checks and reference provision.
Qualifications
  • Experience demonstrating integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, person‑centred focus and enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS checks and provide at least two references covering the past two years.
  • References for all positions related to working with children and vulnerable populations.
