A community support organization is seeking a part-time Senior Shift Team Member in Norwich. The role involves providing trauma-informed care to single homeless individuals, requiring emotional resilience and experience with mental health challenges. We have a temporary part time 24hrs per week vacancy (fixed term contract until 31st January 2027) for a Senior Shift Team Member, shift work including weekends and sleep in shifts (£70.47 per sleep in shift).
The main purpose of the job is to understand and work with adults who may have experienced trauma linked to homelessness, addiction, mental or physical health needs, family breakdown, criminal activity and other disadvantages.
The post holder will be part of a team providing person centred and trauma informed support to single homeless people living within homeless services accommodation.
