Job summary

A leading mental health service provider in the UK is looking for a Night Senior Support Worker. We are looking for a confidentNight Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working42hours a week (night shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Redmarley.

Redmarley is a specialist residential service with nursing, designed to support people with mental health conditions and other complex needs. Our nurse-led team provides a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment. We empower people to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.

Your day-to-day…
  • Support both management and team members in the day-to-day running of the service
  • Ensure duties are allocated effectively and safely
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
  • Safeguard
