A leading adult care provider in Crowborough is seeking a Senior Support Worker. In this full-time role, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care to residents with complex needs. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, administering medication, and ensuring compliance with care standards. The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and previous experience in a similar care setting, alongside strong leadership and communication skills. Shifts:07:30am -20:00pm & 19:30pm - 08:00am (Days, Nights & weekends Across 7 Days)
*Full Driving licence required for this role The Vines is located in the beautiful town of Crowborough, East Sussex. It offers residential support for 12 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), traumatic brain injury (TBI) and progressive neurological conditions (PNCs). This includes Parkinson’s disease, stroke and Korsakoff’s syndrome. We are on a private road, in a semi-rural location.
You will be part of a compassionate and dedicated team committed to promoting the wellbeing, dignity and independence of our residents. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, leading and supporting a team of Support Workers while delivering high-quality care to residents. You will work closely with the Deputy Manager and Home Manager to ensure safe, effective and consistent care delivery.
Your positive attitude, leadership skills and passion for high-quality care will be essential, alongside a friendly, patient and supportive approach.
