Senior Support Worker – Ty George, Bridgend - Full Time 45.5 Hours Per Week - £12.80 – £13.70 Per Hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)

We’re now looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team in Bridgend. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in supporting both individuals and the wider staff team.
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll help lead by example, supporting adults with complex needs while guiding and mentoring Support Workers on shift. You’ll be hands‑on, confident, and focused on maintaining high standards of care, safety, and dignity at all times.
Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
