We’re now looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our growing operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of supply chain functions and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective production.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead production planning, aligning schedules with sales forecasts and customer demand.
  • Ensure material availability and inventory accuracy through ERP systems.
  • Optimise resource allocation across labour, materials, and machinery.
  • Collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, quality, and logistics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and support our Zero Waste Initiative.
  • Manage people-related responsibilities including team development, payroll, and agency staffing.
  • Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
  • Food manufacturing experience (essential).
  • Strong ERP and inventory management knowledge.
  • Analytical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator and leader.
