Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in high volume residential building.
• Up to date knowledge of health and safety and building legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the construction site.
• Implement health and safety procedures with the team.
• Motivate and manage site staff providing necessary training.
• Ensure that site presentation is maintained to high standards.
• Conform to building regulations and warranty providers’ requirements.
• Maintain accurate site records including safety documentation.

Proficient IT skills in Microsoft Office

Works effectively to deadlines

Education

GCSE Maths and English – Grade C/4 or above

Valid SMSTS certificate

Valid First Aid certificate
