A leading coffee brand in the UK is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee technology services supporting their Digital and Loyalty operations. The role involves managing critical applications, third-party IT suppliers, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Successful candidates will have strong service management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. This position is based in Greater London with a hybrid working model.
