Job Title: Senior SEO Executive
Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid working for the right candidate)
Reports to: Head of SEO

The Role

We’re looking for a technically skilled and strategically minded SEO Senior Executive to work with us and support our organic search initiatives. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across multiple client accounts, aligning SEO with our clients broader marketing goals, and ensuring our clients receive the highest standards of search visibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with industry best practice and deliver results for our clients
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend fixes to improve site health, crawlability, and indexation
  • Manage and optimise Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers for SEO tracking, schema deployment, and event monitoring
  • Lead keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and content gap analysis
  • Collaborate with paid search, web services and client experience teams to deliver first class strategic insights and recommendations
  • Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other analytics platforms
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends, proactively adjusting strategies
  • Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to our clients
  • Support cross-channel campaigns with SEO input and performance forecasting
About You
  • Proven experience in SEO, ideally within a multi-brand or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of GTA4, E-E-A-T, and technical SEO fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, and structured data implementation
  • Proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good to have: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Sitecore)
