A leading maritime charity in London is seeking a Head of Safety, Health & Environment. The successful candidate will manage all safety, health, and environmental issues, lead a disbursed team, and advise on legislative changes. This role requires significant experience in health and safety as well as strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Significant experience of delivering health and safety in a large organisation.
• Ability to manage a disbursed staff team.
• Experience of providing advice and guidance on health and safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage all safety, health and environmental issues within the MSSC.
• Manage a team of Safety Assurance Officers.
• Monitor changes to legislation and advise the CEO and Trustees.
• Report and analyse safety data and identify trends.
