A children's care service provider in Keighley is seeking a Team Leader for their Children's Home. The role involves overseeing a team that supports young people facing various challenges due to trauma or neglect. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care, relevant experience in residential care, and strong communication skills. Job Title: Team Leader, Children's Home
Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £37,000 DOE including £70.47 per sleep‑in with an average of 11 per month
Service: Children’s Residential Care Home
Service Users: YP with various needs; EBD, CSE, CCE
Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care or Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (Residential Pathway)
Experience: At least 1 year’s experience relevant to residential care in the last 5 years
Employment Type: Full Time/ Permanent

The home takes EBD Referrals and the YPs are 6 to 17 on Admission and the referrals are deemed to be low to medium risk.
This is a role that specialises in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.
