A healthcare provider in the UK is looking for a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant to join the OAK Unit at Trafford Hospital. The role involves assessing and rehabilitating patients, supporting service development, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates should have previous experience and excellent communication skills. The position requires participation in weekend shifts as part of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Rehabilitation Assistant to join the OAK Unit at Trafford Hospital within the AHP Division.
You will work as part of a dynamic, well-established multidisciplinary team, including a Clinical Lead and experienced Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists. We work collaboratively to deliver holistic, patient-centred therapy interventions.
In this role, you will support the assessment and rehabilitation of patients within the OAK Unit and across the Trafford site as needed.
As a Band 4 Senior Rehabilitation Assistant, you will play an active role in service development and quality improvement initiatives. You will also assist with day-to-day administrative duties to support the smooth running of the service.
The Trust operates a weekend service and all staff are expected to participate in the rota on a basis of 1:4 weekend shifts.
