• Minimum 7–10 years' experience in a QS or Contracts Administration role.
• Strong knowledge of cost schedules and variations.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial function on a major section of the EIT project.
• Manage all quantity surveying duties including cost estimation.
• Prepare claims and support contract amendments.
