Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading full commercial delivery of high-end residential or heritage construction projects.
  • Strong control of contracts, costs, and procurement.
  • Experience in stakeholder negotiations at a senior level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for projects.
  • Manage and report on all project financials.
  • Negotiate valuations and variations with clients and subcontractors.
  • Oversee material purchasing and cost management.
  • Ensure subcontractor compliance and documentation adherence.
