Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working on large complex projects of up to £10 million.
• Working knowledge of JCT form of contract.
• Resilience and proactive attitude to meet company commitments.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for following commercial processes and procedures.
• Manage the commercial risk to the business through delivery of contractual obligations.
• Assist in financial management, ensuring cash-flow forecasting is prepared and monitored.
