A construction and infrastructure services company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Natural Resources team in Solihull. The role involves managing commercial aspects of capital projects in water treatment, working with project teams to control costs and ensure best value. As a SeniorQuantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the Natural Resources team supporting them in managing the commercial aspects of schemes between £5m-£30m (avg. £10m) in value on capital project resilience and upgrades work to both clean and dirty water treatment plants. Sites stretch across the midlands from Birmingham down to Stroud and across to Northampton.
