Qualifications

• Senior level experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within Rail/Construction/Civil Engineering/Utilities.
• Experience managing commercial aspects of projects.
• Familiarity with CCS Frameworks and standard forms.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain monthly cost reports.
• Advise on project costs and alternative design options.
• Prepare change submissions including costs and time impacts.

Skills

Proficient in NEC3/4, JCT, ICC

Strong negotiation skills

Customer-facing experience

Understanding of commercial risks

Knowledge of cost reimbursable contracts

Education

Member of RICS or working towards membership
