A charitable organization is seeking a Senior Project Worker to lead change and empower women facing challenging circumstances. The role involves coaching a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and overseeing reports and budgets. Location: Gloucester Women’s Centre
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 pro rata dependent on experience
Hours: 21 hours per week

Join The Nelson Trust as a Senior Project Worker for Pause and become a driving force in breaking the cycle of children being removed from their families. We’re looking for an ambitious, creative, and influential leader who is passionate about empowering women to create brighter futures.
Pause works intensively with women who have experienced, or are at risk of, repeated pregnancies that result in children being taken into care. Through tailored support, we help women reflect, tackle destructive patterns, and develop new skills—preventing the heartbreak of family separation and building stronger communities.
