Equans Data Centers are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager – Mechanical, to support our growing Data Centre business across the UK.

We are committed to providing cutting edge solutions for our clients Data Centre facilities and are recruiting a Senior Project Manager – Mechanical to join our innovative team. The Senior Project Manager – Mechanical will be responsible for managing the team and the mechanical aspects of large projects from inception to completion, within set timescales, to high quality standards and within health and safety guidelines.

The Role
  • Manage a team to ensure work is carried out in full conformance with quality, environmental and safety standards.
  • Be an expert and provide guidance and direction to ensure operational excellence.
  • Coordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan.
  • Develop and agree electrical submission and approval process with the client and design team.
  • Support the overall programming and planning of the build.
  • Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports.
  • Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings.
  • Recording and reporting key metrics to team members and management.
  • Operational support including review of procedures, best practices and initiatives.

What we are looking for?

  • Degree or equivalent in a Mechanical discipline is desirable.
