How we work

We are “Better when Together” and balance teaming up in person with flexible working where possible. We support and tailor arrangements to circumstances. For roles with a hybrid option, colleagues are asked to attend their base location a minimum of 3 days a week to connect and learn together; the remaining 2 days can be worked from home or another bank location. Some roles are customer facing, requiring in-person customer engagement; hybrid working may not be appropriate.

If this sounds good, apply by uploading your CV with enough detail to clearly demonstrate how you meet our criteria. Good luck!

If you have a disability, long-term health condition or additional needs, please advise us on your CV and a team member will discuss adjustments.
