Job description

* Strong experience running and optimizing successful Programmatic and Display Media campaigns in a competitive sector.* Exceptional understanding of Digital ad technology with knowledge of multiple media buying platforms (DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Display Networks, PMPs, etc.)* High-level understanding of campaign, ad server, impression, and user data that can help capitalise on key drivers of performance and identify opportunities for growth.* Solid Experience in ad serving, tagging and tracking.* Highly analytical, able to draw insights from complex data. Skilled at translating findings into clear, actionable strategies to enhance performance outcomes.* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines.* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and build strong working relationships.* Demonstrate consistent behaviour with the organizational culture.* Great understanding of sports media landscape.* Experience in iGaming.* Understanding impact and measurement methodologies across TTL activities including display, audio, CTV, DooH.* MMPs such as Appsflyer, Singular, Adjust etc..* Experience in managing/working with agencies.* Experience working across international markets (outside of the UK)* We’re dedicated to your supergrowth.
