Our world-class technology empowers restaurants to focus on what matters most – their team, their guests, and their bottom line – while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion. Every employee at OpenTable has a tangible impact on what we do and how we do it. You’ll also be part of a global team and its portfolio of metasearch brands. • Lead Platform Enablement for Strategic Partners: Define strategy and requirements for core booking APIs, working with large restaurant groups to ensure seamless, scalable integration with the OpenTable platform.
  • Identify and execute diner growth opportunities within your product area by collaborating with product, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, using data-driven insights.
  • Lead cross-functional analyses (e.g., conversion funnel optimisation, A/B testing strategy, user segmentation) to develop actionable recommendations.
  • Build and evangelise data-driven business cases for projects within your product area.
  • Drive product definition, prioritisation, execution, and evangelisation of strategic projects; coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams to advance core booking platform initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with peers and cross-functional stakeholders, articulating how initiatives align with broader line-of-business strategy.
  • Monitor diner and customer trends relevant to strategic initiatives and influence the roadmap and stakeholder decisions.
