Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of at least $300M in transferable AUM, ensuring seamless client transition and retention.
• Maintain full ownership of client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to HNW & UHNW individuals.
• Identify and acquire new clients through strategic networking and proactive business development (hunter mindset).
• Provide bespoke financial solutions, including investment advisory, wealth structuring, and estate planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and tailor-made financial strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Banking, managing HNW/UHNW clients.
• Proven ability to bring and transfer a well-established client book.
• Strong business development skills with a hunter mentality to attract new clients.
• Deep knowledge of investment products, wealth planning, and financial markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term trustbased relationships.
