Qualifications

  • Current valid driving licence which allows you to drive in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with a range of complex minor planning applications and small-scale majors.
  • Present applications to Planning Committee and support colleagues.
  • Support and provide planning advice to colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Work on service improvement with team leaders.
  • Deal with planning appeals, including hearings.
