Responsibilities

• Ensure all personnel security processes comply with legislation and standards.
• Advise senior management on personnel security risks.
• Maintain and review the Personnel Security Risk Register.
• Implement and monitor security controls for staff clearance lifecycle.

Skills

Communication skills to Executive team

Eligibility for SC level clearance

Project planning and monitoring skills

Awareness of security technologies

Experience in government-adjacent security work

Familiarity with IPSA and PRF
