Senior People Operations Manager (6 month FTC) HR

As we embark on an exciting next chapter of growth, we are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to support this specialist operations team over the next six months within our People & Experience (HR) Team. This contract role will manage, inspire and develop a People Ops team of three, and will take a lead role across:

  • Payroll – hands‑on experience required.
  • HRIS – looking at implementations, improvements & efficiencies.
  • HR Admin – full employee lifecycle admin.
  • Compliance & Reporting.
  • Total Rewards.

This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract with benefit eligibility, offering hybrid flexi‑working of three days in the office (HD5 0RH) and flexi‑time schemes based around core working hours, whether in the office or working from home.

Location: Mamas & Papas (Head Office), Colne Bridge Road, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD5 0RH.
