• Providing specialist employee relations advice and managing complex casework
• Coaching leaders to make fair, compliant and commercially aligned decisions
• Supporting investigations, grievances, and performance matters
• Strengthening workplace culture and uplifting people practices
• Building trusted relationships across a diverse, multi‑site environment

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated ER experience in a fast‑paced, operational environment
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Modern Awards & compliance
