Job Title: Senior Organisational Development Partner

Location: Edinburgh / Hybrid

Who we are…

We're an award-winning Tech Consultancy, focused in Quality Engineering on a mission to become the UK's #1.

Over the past 6 years, we've redefined what quality and testing look like at 2i and to our clients. Born from a desire to view quality holistically across the entire SDLC, our Quality Engineers (QE's) are at the heart of delivering world‑class consultancy services.

Why Us?

At 2i, we put people and quality at the heart of everything we do. Proudly certified as a "Great Place to Work", 2i is the chosen employer of around 250 people and we're continuing our growth! We invest in our people and are recognised as one of the best places for development and wellbeing.

Our culture is open, inclusive, and driven by people who care. Through our employee‑led Guilds, we champion initiatives in neurodiversity, diversity and inclusion, women’s empowerment, charity, sustainability, wellbeing and mental health — creating opportunities to connect across departments, share knowledge, and make a real impact. With 2i, you’ll be part of a community that values learning, celebrates individuality, and delivers outstanding results for our clients.

We recently announced our eight‑figure private equity funding injection as we aim to increase our revenue by more than £50m in the coming years — that is where you come in…

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be joining our amazing People & Culture team, a close‑knit group of eight professionals working alongside our dedicated Talent team. Together, we look after the full employee lifecycle for around 250 employees, ensuring that people are supported, engaged, and able to thrive.

In this role, you’ll be our Senior Organisational Development Partner, driving initiatives across change management and acquisitions, engagement and culture (including Great Place to Work), diversity, equity and inclusion, communication strategy, and surveys. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to a wide range of People & Culture projects, giving you broad exposure across HR and the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact.

We work in a hybrid way, and you’ll be expected to spend at least one day a week in either our Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management initiatives, particularly during acquisitions and major transformations.
  • Develop and deliver communication plans.
  • Coach leaders to navigate change with confidence and impact.
  • Run Great Place to Work surveys, ensure follow‑up actions, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support culture‑building initiatives that embed organisational values and behaviours.
  • Partner with the Diversity and Inclusion Guild to deliver initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Ensure Diversity and Inclusion principles are embedded across OD and talent processes.
  • Collaborate with the Internal Communications team to deliver clear, engaging, and consistent messaging.
  • Analyse survey results, engagement scores, and OD metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Track the progress and impact of OD initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and business partners on OD matters.
  • Lead cross‑functional working groups to deliver initiatives at scale.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience supporting organisational change, ideally including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience with engagement tools such as Great Place to Work.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, able to influence at all levels.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and values‑led leadership.
  • Collaboration skills, working closely with managers, colleagues, and the wider People & Culture team.
  • A positive, proactive mindset that aligns with our values: Enthusiasm for our values — We will care, we will become experts, we will deliver value, and we will have fun — and a team‑first attitude.

The desired qualification for this role is CIPD Associate level 5, ideally with additional specialism in Organisation Development or Change Management.

What if you are a partial fit?

We don’t believe in the "perfect" hire. What we do believe in is the benefits of creating a team built of different perspectives, backgrounds, career paths and ways of working. What we value most are team players who are eager to take their growth into their own hands and utilise the people around them.

Curious? We want to hear from you!

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. If there’s anything we can do to make the recruitment process more accessible for you, please let us know.

We’re committed to inclusion

We believe that diverse teams make better decisions, are more creative, and build stronger cultures. That’s why we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels they belong.

We have a dedicated Diversity & Inclusion Guild and a Neurodiversity Guild, both led by passionate employees who help shape our thinking and actions in this space.

You can find out more about our approach to inclusion in our Employee Handbook.
