Qualifications

• At least 5+ years substantial and relevant experience in ecology and environmental conservation.
• Experience in project development and land management.
• Experience of raising funds from government and local authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 15 nature reserves including specific responsibilities for seven reserves.
• Work with land management and evidence teams.
• Develop and manage the nature reserves team.
