• Installation of network and RF equipment on maritime platforms.
• Delivery of military satellite communication solutions.
• Background in telecommunications or satellite communications.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring IP networks and RF equipment on maritime platforms.
• Responding to network incidents and providing third-line support.
• Testing and commissioning new equipment to meet UK security standards.
• Managing obsolescence and ensuring compliance with security requirements.
• Collaborating to deliver seamless communication solutions.

Skills

Installation of network and RF equipment on maritime platforms

Delivery of MILSATCOM solutions to maritime environments

Strong knowledge of IP network architectures

Background in telecommunications or satellite communications

Familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle and serial communication services

Education

Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering discipline

Cisco Professional (CCNA) certification preferred
