Qualifications

• Relevant science degree or equivalent qualifications and/or experience in a laboratory environment.
• Competent in working within the requirements of recognised quality systems e.g. UKAS, ISO90000.
• Knowledge of working with spoilage organisms and food-borne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Conduct practical work on contract studies using various methods.
• Participate in Campden funded research projects including data interpretation.
• Perform calibration, monitoring, and housekeeping tasks in the laboratory.
