Our work spans media transformation, sustainability, DEI, and capability building, enabling clients to unlock competitive advantage and strengthen reputation.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Media Planning Consultant to lead the rollout of a global planning tool that integrates media and sales data for markets outside the US. This senior role requires expertise in media measurement and proven experience delivering large-scale transformation in complex, multinational environments.

You’ll drive implementation and change management, embedding the tool into local planning processes and ensuring adoption across Brand and Media teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders.

This is a 9-month project role starting 1st October 2025, based on-site with the client and reporting into our Chief Strategy Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the rollout of a new global media planning, activation, and attribution tool, embedding new processes and behaviours across markets.
  • Translate media measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA) into actionable strategies that improve planning, performance, and investment decisions.
  • Build capabilities and drive adoption through training, playbooks, and workshops tailored to varying market maturity.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, agencies, and local teams to secure buy-in and ensure successful integration.
  • Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to track adoption and optimise implementation.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead large-scale transformation, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Think strategically and act as a change agent, balancing vision with detail and challenging the status quo.
  • Collaborate with clients and teams, delivering clear communication and building trusted partnerships.

We value diversity and inclusion and promote equity and belonging. We want everyone to feel valued and respected regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristics. Apply as you are—we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Expertise in media measurement frameworks (MMM, MTA) and their application to planning, performance, and investment decisions.
  • Strong change management and training capabilities with the ability to build and deploy playbooks and workshops.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in across brands, agencies, and local teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a client-focused leadership style.
