We started like all good businesses do, by seeing the opportunity to do things differently in a growing market. We carefully balance people, planet, and profit for the sake of the world around us and our health.

We are shaping the future of wellness with simple daily rituals, thoughtfully and sustainably designed to support women’s health. Our vision is to be the #1 wellness brand in the world, setting new standards for holistic health, sustainability and female empowerment.

As a B‑Corp, Ancient + Brave meets the highest standards of social and environmental impact. In June 2024 we were named 5th in The Sunday Times 100 fastest-growing private companies, and we have recently been recognized as one of the FT 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies, 2025.

Want to be part of a team that’s shaping the future of health and wellbeing? We’d love to have you!

THE ROLE

Deliver operational excellence and platform scalability across Amazon and additional marketplaces. Own all elements of listing quality, stock health, fulfilment performance, and marketplace expansion — ensuring commercial plans are enabled by operational precision and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own product catalogue health — accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.
  • Maintain high listing uptime and zero‑suppression standards.
  • Implement content governance and version control for all SKUs.
  • Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppressed ASINs, and stranded inventory.
  • Lead stock forecasting and replenishment process in partnership with the Commercial Lead.
  • Maximise stock availability and IPI performance; minimise OOS and excess inventory.
  • Manage FBA/FBM mix to optimise cost, speed, and margin.
  • Drive fulfilment efficiency and operational KPIs (on‑time delivery, defect rate).
  • Build reporting infrastructure for listing health, stock coverage, and operational accuracy.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to increase scalability.
  • Partner with Commercial Lead to link operational data with trading performance.
  • Lead onboarding and optimisation of additional marketplaces (eBay, Zalando, OnBuy, etc.).
  • Develop scalable listing and stock processes to support multi‑channel growth.
  • Standardise catalogue data architecture across platforms.
  • Champion operational innovation — tooling, listing audits, and automation.
  • Define best‑practice playbooks for product set‑up, marketplace launches, and issue resolution.
  • Support category and product launch readiness from an operational perspective.
  • Backend listing health score.
  • Monitor health dashboard.
  • Stock availability / OOS rate and IPI score.
  • Operational accuracy (order defect, late dispatch, cancellation).
  • Time‑to‑launch for new ASINs and new marketplaces.
  • Automation / process efficiency metrics (time saved, accuracy uplift).
  • Marketplace expansion milestones achieved.
