At Nscale, we’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Senior Manager, Tax Compliance & Reporting to drive our global tax compliance, financial reporting, and transfer pricing efforts as we scale across borders. Reporting directly to the Director of Tax Compliance & Reporting, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our global tax numbers while maintaining full compliance with evolving international tax regulations. This listes a high‑impact opportunity for a seasoned tax professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex cross‑border challenges, and knows how to translate technical tax issues into practical, business‑ready solutions.
In this role, you won’t just manage filings – you’ll shape the tax framework that supports Nscale’s global growth. From ensuring ASC 740 and IFRS compliance to supporting robust transfer pricing policies and leading global tax audits, you’ll be at the centre of financial integrity and operational scale. A core part of your role will be supporting our transfer pricing strategy, including implementation of policies and preparation of required documentation in line with OECD guidelines. As we grow, you’ll also have the opportunity to manage a high‑performing international tax reporting & compliance team, setting the foundation for long‑term success and governance.
We strongly encourage applications from people of colour, the LGBTQ+ community, neoliberal people with disabilities, neuro‑divergent people, parents, carers, and people from lower socio‑economic backgrounds. If there’s anything we can do to accommodate your specific situation, please let us know.
