- Prepare consolidated management accounts with clear variance analysis and insights

Finance Transformation and Systems
- Design and implement scalable, automated processes across payables, revenue, payroll, and the general ledger
- Lead key elements of the finance architecture transformation
- Improve reporting, data quality, and the speed of month‑end
Acquisition Integration and Entity Stabilisation
- Assess and stabilise newly acquired entities, establishing Lawhive standards across controls, reporting, and compliance
- Act as finance lead for integrations, ensuring accurate migration of processes, systems, and data
- Identify operational risks early and drive clear remediation plans
Cashflow, Controls, and Strategic Support
- Build and maintain direct‑method cashflow models for group planning
- Strengthen financial controls and support audit readiness
- Partner with finance leadership and teams across the business on complex decision‑making and strategy
About you
