Senior Lettings Negotiator – LRG

Location: Cardiff

Brand: Moginie James (part of LRG)

Salary: Up to £30,000 OTE (base + commission)

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:45 am – 5:30 pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9 am – 1 pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The Senior Lettings Negotiator will grow the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profit. You will build excellent rapport with clients, delivering a first‑class experience every time as part of a highly motivated, target‑driven team.

  • Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants.
  • Book and carry out property viewings.
  • Negotiate and agree tenancies.
  • Support the Branch Manager where applicable.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face.
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally.
Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience as a residential Lettings Consultant.
  • Excellent sales ability.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Tenacity, self‑starter, and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
  • Responsive to change.
  • Full UK driving licence.
