The sign of a good business is how they treat staff and that is the caseыць with this 5* housebuilder who’re looking to add a Senior Land Manager to their successful and award-winning business. Over the last 12 months, there have been numerous internal promotions that have seen many long-standing staff stepping up to Senior positions – this role has appeared because of that momentum.
As part of a compact team that includes the newly promoted Land Director (who’s been in the business nine years) you would be part of a two‑person senior team with two Land Buyers and a Graduate under you, as well as a wider team that includes a Planning Manager and a Strategic Lane Manager.
They’ve got a lot on this year: “we’re in a very stable position and it looks very positive for 2026,” says their HR Director. Several sites will come online in the Cheshire and North Wales area, and with the business in a top spot compared to other housebuilders, they need land experience and regional knowledge to help them prosper in incorporarate years.
And they’ll pay you really well for that. The salary band is £60,000 to £80,000 plus a raft of excellent benefits for the right person. The package is consistently up there and even exceeds that of many PLC housebuilders.
You’ll be based around sites in and around the Wirral, Cheshire and Wrexham areas. Variety is the name of the game: one minute you might be called in to do a basic meet and greet with a customer and the next you might need to get your hands busy on a plot.
They’ll give you everything you need to do a top-quality job, offering a great package with perks and the chance to work with NHBC award‑winning site managers and a senior construction and customer care team who collectively have around 75 years of experience in the business. Their excellent retention speaks volumes.
